Kay Petit

Kay joined Interwork as Co-Director and Company Secretary when it was reformed in April 2005 having spent almost 30 years in Central Government. She has wide experience in business administration and HR fields but for the past 15 years has specialised in pensions policy in the public sector.

Although, she has spent most of her working life in large organisations, she comes from a family business environment and all her earlier experience was in running a small to medium size business. Kay provides a wide range of skills and knowledge with her experience of both the public and private sectors.
