Steve Slade

Director and Co-Founder - Steven Slade has over 35 years experience in ICT. He is a qualified Project Manager holding the ISEB PRINCE 2 certificate and is a professional member of the British Computer Society.

Steve spent over 30 years in Defence and held positions as Head of Defence Communication Centre and Head of Information Systems for the Defence Crisis Management Centre. Additionally, he was Head of Profession for the Defence Communication Grades and was a founder member of the Defence Communication Services Agency (DCSA). He specialised in Cryptography and has sound knowledge of encryption devices and general systems security. He has managed large numbers of people and has experience in general management and financial affairs. He was involved in devising and establishing the 'Skills Framework for the Information Age' (SFIA) and has strong links with Cranfield School of Management.
